The poster says קח את הנקיון בידיים, which means something like “take cleanliness in your hands.”

Um, yuck.

  1. Basically it means. "Be responsible." "don't expect others to do it"

  2. Or "take it upon yourself." (As in - "Don't leave it for others." ) It is an idiom - not to be taken literally. But I agree, the picture is pretty gross.
